SBSE (Twister), SPME, thermal desorption

We utilize solvent-less approaches
when possible including solid phase microextraction (SPME), sorptive
stir bar extraction (SBSE, or Twister), and thermal desorption tubes.
Our scientists are very experienced with these methods having first
presented results from SPME analysis of aqueous orange essence at
the IFT annual meeting in 1995. We have been utilizing SBSE and
HSSE (Twister) since 2006.
