Quality Tool Development and Support
Volatile Analysis can work with your team to identify aroma profiles of a single product, or multiple products, through each phase of a production process. By understanding “good” aroma profiles of acceptable products, then intermittent sampling of future production lots and comparison to those previously judged “good” can help to quickly resolve odor problems before a bad product is released into the market.
