Olfactory Training
We provide training regarding sample handling and packaging for subsequent odor assessment, and odor assessment techniques including sensory training for odor panelists (judges) based upon the type(s) of odor, and conditions where it is to be assessed. Training emphasizes recognition of intensity, and consistency.
We can also train odor judges for GC-MS/O analyses, with emphasis on aroma descriptors and intensity. We can provide training at our facility or conduct on-site training for a larger groups. Contact us today to discuss your olfactory training project.
