Biomedically important pathogenic fungi detection with volatile biomarkers

Volatile Analysis, in conjunction with scientists from UA Huntsville, has been successful in publishing research conducted to identify volatile chemicals indicative of a deadly disease called aspergillosis. The detection of volatile metabolites produced by infectious diseases may provide early warning and rapid, non-invasive, and more affordable diagnostic tests.
