Extraction method development
We
develop innovative approaches to extract the component of interest
from complex matrices. Out standard operating procedures are to
first attempt solvent-less methods such as solid phase microextraction
or stir bar sorptive extraction. If these methods do not provide
acceptable results we may employ other methods including solvent
extraction techniques, SAFE, dynamic headspace extraction, novel
absorption devices.
